About This Project

We the Watchers, Inc. is a Virginia nonstock corporation that publishes public records for public review.

The organization collects, preserves, and republishes court filings, recordings, and public records obtained through lawful means, including the Freedom of Information Act.

Records are presented without commentary or conclusions. Contextual summaries, where provided, are limited to factual identification and navigation.

We the Watchers does not advocate positions, render legal opinions, or characterize the conduct of individuals or institutions.

What This Project Does

This project:

• Requests and receives public records through lawful processes, including FOIA and court access

• Publishes original source documents and recordings as they are received

• Organizes records by jurisdiction, agency, and proceeding

• Preserves documents so they can be examined independently by the public

The project focuses on access and documentation, not commentary.
